People now look for businesses in three places. This service covers all three, because the same foundations serve each one.

AEO
Being the direct answer in featured snippets, “People also ask” boxes and voice assistants, by writing clear answers to the exact questions people ask.
GEO
Being cited or recommended inside AI-written answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, which pull from a small number of sources they can read and trust.
Why it matters now
More customers now ask an AI assistant before they search. Those assistants answer with a handful of businesses and cite the pages they learned from. If your site isn't one of those pages, you aren't in the conversation.
The fixes are often simple but invisible. Many sites block AI crawlers by accident through hosting firewalls or CDN bot settings. Others describe the business differently on every page, so no system can say with confidence who you are or what you do.
I fix the foundations first, then build pages that answer real questions in plain language, with the structured data that search and AI systems use to understand them.
Six workstreams, scoped to your site and your market. Each one is documented so your team can see what changed and why.
Robots.txt, CDN and firewall bot rules, XML sitemaps, indexing, redirects, broken links and Core Web Vitals. I make sure Google and AI crawlers can reach every page that matters.
What your customers type into Google and ask AI tools, grouped into topics and mapped to the page that should answer each one.

Foundations first, then steady monthly improvement.
I review your site, your rankings and how AI tools describe you today, then send a prioritised list of fixes.
Crawl access, speed, indexing, schema and a consistent business description go in first, because everything else depends on them.

FAQ
What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?
SEO gets your pages ranking in Google's regular results. AEO gets your answer shown directly, in featured snippets, “People also ask” and voice search. GEO gets your business cited or recommended in AI-written answers from tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. They share the same foundations: a crawlable site, clear answers and structured data.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Technical fixes can show up within a few weeks, once Google recrawls your site. Rankings for competitive terms usually take three to six months of steady work. AI mentions follow a similar pace, because AI tools rely on the same crawlable, trusted pages.
Can you guarantee a number-one ranking or a ChatGPT mention?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Google and AI providers decide what they show. What I guarantee is the work: clear priorities, documented changes and honest monthly reporting on what moved.
Do I need a new website first?
Usually not. I work on existing WordPress, Shopify and other sites. If your site has problems that make search work pointless, such as pages Google can't index, I'll tell you in the audit and explain the options.
How do you measure AI visibility?
We agree a fixed list of questions your customers really ask. Each month I ask them in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google, and record whether your business is mentioned or cited, next to your Search Console and GA4 numbers.
Book a free 30-minute call. I'll check how your business shows up on Google and in ChatGPT for three of your customers' real questions, and tell you what I'd fix first.
