Three situations where a brand system pays for itself quickly.

Group
Like Bhajju Hospitality: restaurants and resorts that need to read as one trusted family while each keeps its own character.
Refresh
Your logo, menu, signage and posts were made by different people at different times, and customers can tell.
The thinking
People decide whether to trust a business long before they read anything. They notice whether the sign, the menu, the Instagram post and the website feel like they belong together. When they do, the business feels established. When they don't, it feels improvised.
That's why I design systems rather than single logos. The mark matters, but so do the colours you can actually print, the typefaces that work on a phone, the words you use and the ones you avoid.
My starting point is always the place and the people. For Bhajju Hospitality that meant Nepali architectural balance and colours drawn from natural textures. For Sujan Ghotane Beauty it meant quiet confidence and a gold monogram.
A complete kit you and anyone you hire can use, not just a logo file.
Who you serve, what makes you different and how you want to be described, written down in a short brief we agree before any design starts.
Primary logo, secondary layout, a compact mark for icons and stamps, and one-colour versions for print, embroidery and signage.
A palette with exact values for screen and print, and a type pairing that works from shop signs to phone screens.
How you sound: tone, words to use and avoid, and sample lines for posts, menus and your website, in English and Nepali where needed.
A clear guide to using everything correctly, so printers, staff and future designers keep it consistent.
The pieces you'll use first: stationery, menus, signage, packaging labels, loyalty cards or social templates, chosen for your business.
Usually one to two weeks from brief to final files.
We talk through your business, customers and competitors, and I turn it into a one-page brief for you to approve.
I present distinct design directions, each shown on real items like a sign, a menu and a post, so you can judge them in context.
We develop the chosen direction together until the logo, colours, type and voice all feel right.
You receive every file in print and web formats, the guidelines, and the applications ready to use.
Brand identities across hospitality and beauty.
One identity system for a group of Nepali restaurant and resort brands: heritage-inspired mark, terracotta, charcoal and muted gold, delivered in one week.
Complete brand for a Nepali makeup brand: gold “SG” monogram, product packaging and an editorial e-commerce site.
Warm, minimal identity for a specialty café, extended into a loyalty card system, menu design, social templates and website.
FAQ
What is included in a brand identity?
A brand identity from me includes a positioning brief, a logo suite, a colour palette, a typography system, brand voice guidance, brand guidelines and the first applications you need, such as stationery, menus, signage, packaging or social templates.
How long does a brand identity take?
Usually one to two weeks from the discovery call to final files. Bhajju Hospitality's full brand kit took one week. Larger projects that add packaging or a website take longer, and you get a clear schedule before we start.
What files will I receive?
Vector files for print (AI, PDF and SVG), PNG files for screens and social media, a brand guidelines document, and editable templates for the applications we agreed on. You own all of them.
Can you refresh my existing brand instead of starting over?
Yes. If customers already recognise your logo, a refresh keeps that recognition while tidying the mark, fixing the colours and adding the rules that keep everything consistent.
Do you design packaging and printed materials?
Yes. I've designed product packaging and labels for Sujan Ghotane Beauty, and menus and loyalty cards for Grinders Coffee. I prepare print-ready files and can coordinate with your printer.
