Is it hard to work with a designer in another time zone?
Not in practice. With live overlap for Australia, the UK and Europe and overnight turnaround for the US, most clients find projects move faster. We agree on call times and reply times at the very start.
How do I pay you from overseas?
I invoice in stages tied to milestones and accept international payments. The payment schedule and method are written into the quote before any work begins.
Do you sign contracts and NDAs?
Yes. Every project has a written agreement covering scope, timeline, payment and ownership, and I am happy to sign your NDA.
Who owns the work when the project ends?
You do. Once the final invoice is paid, you own the designs, source files, website and domain, and I hand over every login.
Can you work with our existing team or agency?
