Challenge
Patients in Kathmandu search for a speciality or a doctor before choosing a hospital, and the new site needed to appear in those searches.
Goals

Approach
I researched how patients search for departments, doctors and treatments, then optimised titles, headings and copy across the site.
I fixed technical issues, added structured data for the hospital and its doctors, and made sure every page is fast on mobile.
